– I saw what is my challenge in working with clients
– I understood what kind of relationships can be invited
– I answered the question of what kind of relations with clients I want to have and how to build them.
We also talked a lot about the correct construction of contracts, about working with sponsors.
Agnieszka has amazing knowledge that she willingly shares to develop others.
She was a huge inspiration for me this year and, without a doubt, my coaching guide.
Working with Agnieszka allowed me to reflect on my practice, which I consider to be a very valuable element of the Coach’s accreditation process. Agnieszka is a very attentive listener. No word from the coach, no emotion escapes her.
